Identity and Self-Awareness

Our project revolves around concepts of Identity and self awareness. We choose projects that stimulate inquiry and reflection by looking at how identity can be explored in works of arts; How collective identity influences individual perceptions of self; And what is the role of culture, tradition, media and historical environment in artists’ awareness and expression of identity.
